Artifacts from the Antikythera Wreck (and the famous Antikythera Mechanism) are located in Athens, Greece, mainly in the National Archaeological Museum, but also in the Ephorate of Underwater Antiquities and the Numismatic Museum. Here are sample galleries of objects that were on display in the “Antikythera Shipwreck” Exhibition of the National Archaeological Museum. The entire collection of artifacts from this shipwreck is astonishing. Many of the best examples were recently exhibited at Antikenmuseum Basel, Switzerland, and selection of others were displayed at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City.
